My boyfriend and I went there on 12/1725 to see Mark at the referral suggestion by a neighbor of ours.we were able to look around the staff was very accommodating and respectful. . After looking around we found a beautiful 2018 Chevy equinox . Upon inspection of his vehicles on the lot I was impressed at the reasonable competitive market pricing. The cars / trucks are very well detailed very clean they pay attention to everything. Every little detail. I was further more impressed that all the vehicles were on the lot with all new tires all the way around along with breaks as our past buying vehicles elsewhere the 1st expensive purchases you need is tires and breaks. Not Here. That is already done. Now on to my sales experience with Mark and how smooth quick and easy it was to do business here we ended up trading in our 2015 Chevy Colorado lt work truck The trade in value we received was outstanding considering the market conditions and milage and other factors. Upon agreement of a Price we sat down with Mark and we're blown away on how respectful honest and easy to talk to he was . We went in not expecting to get a deal done. Mark explained everything every little detail and explained everything so we could understand it. We asked to go through our bank . He only pulled our financial information 1 time where others in the past buying vehicles would pull 4 or more time trying to get the best rate. We got approved on the 1st shot through our bank .the Underwood family can not thank Mark enough for getting the deal done and in a way that meets our vehicle needs and budget .
