Cassie and Isreal are beyond awesome. Cass was our sales and everyrhing went so smooth without any pressure she went above and beyond to help us get the best deal. When a issue arose she was all over it as quick as possible. She offered recommendations and assistance in every aspect for what our warrenry covered, who to reach put to and kept constant communication. Isreal is the service manager and so impressive. He was kind understanding and extremely helpful. Same day work and communication. These 2 have just been sp outstanding. I can tell you i have bought vechile from bigger dealer ships and have NEVER experienced the kind caring level of professionalism that Cass and Isreal have shown us.10+ stars all the way.

I needed a new vehicle, stopped in the browse their selection and found the perfect one for me. Quick turn around and a couple short days later I drove away with my new car. Friendly staff and very professional service! Cass is AMAZING!

Just when I thought it was impossible… Cass made it possible for me to get a good reliable car for me and my kids… I would keep going back and recommend cortland used cars. They are all very professional and very helpful and nice. CASS YOU ARE THE BOMB DOT COM! By the way me and my boys are loving our new car. 😊
