In the past 22 years my husband and I have purchased 3 used vehicles from Cortland Used cars.The first was a blue Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 that served us well until the summer of 2019.We purchased that from the original owner of this business and traded it in with his son.The second was another Ram 1500 4x4 in metallic red. We purchased it just as the owner was turning the business over to his son.When my husband died the day after Christmas in 2021, I turned the truck over to my son in Mattydale. It is still his main vehicle.On what would have been our 24th wedding anniversary , I purchased a red 2018 Dodge Grand Caravan in a vastly upgraded new showroom. The original business owner's granddaughter handled the sale in the same friendly and professional manner that her father and grandfather had shown me.Congratulations to Cortland Used Cars on the upgraded showroom.Thank-you to your family for meeting my family's vehicle needs for 22 years!Mary Sullivan

I had been searching everywhere for a vehicle. Either they were to pushy or would run my credit for something way to much! That being said I ended up here and it was the best experience ever!! I highly recommend!! You will not be disappointed! Very helpful and kind family oriented amazing people that work here!

Both Mark and Brooke were great people to work with. Between getting a great trade in value for my truck, and putting us into a vehicle that does the same, but with far better gas mileage.

Bought a 2018 Chevy Cruze starting with the salesman Mark finishing up with Cass doing the paperwork,they both were friendly and professional.Would drive a hour and a half again to buy another auto

I went to cortland used cars looking for another vehicle after my last one’s engine blew. First day there I met Mark he was great, any issue that was brought to his attention he took care of immediately. For example I went on Thursday the car I wanted the back brakes were worn down when it was brought to his attention he immediately took it care of it. He got the back brakes replaced, checked the seal in the trunk, did an oil change, filled the gas tank, and it was ready for pick up and for me to buy and drive away in by the next morning, it also had brand new tires all the way around and weather tech Chevy floor matts. All of their vehicles are very clean and well kept. Cass did all of our paperwork and finished the sale of the car she was friendly and helpful. All around a great place with no complaints would definitely return!

From start to finish it was a very easy and great experience. They are all very friendly. They got me appoved and had the vehicle in one day. Would go back again. Cass was very helpful and mad the whole process simple .
